Estamos buscando:

- Graduado/a Universitario relacionado con las áreas Veterinario, Farmacia, Biología, Biotecnología, ingeniería.

What you will do:

As the Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will have the opportunity to understand and influence the day-to-day priorities of the organization. You will be exposed to every function and learn how to execute strategies and navigate the intricacies of a start-up. You will have to bridge the gap between the CEO and other C-Suite members and managers, ensuring smooth communication and execution of major initiatives. You will have to combine this communication task with the design of strategic plans for Michroma, understanding the organization's values and goals, and with a strategic view across all functional areas of the company.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Provide support to the Executive Team to attend to their goals in commercial efforts, Product Development, R&D, People, and Finance, among others.
  • Design and implement OKRs, ensuring strong departmental level OKR roll-up and continuous improvement mentality.
  • Foster investor relations and provide monthly updates.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables for CEO, C-Suite, and managers, enforcing accountability and achieving tangible outcomes.
  • Serve as a project manager for key areas including Marketing, Business Development, People & Culture, Finance & Accounting, and Facility Management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as Chief of Staff, CEO, COO, in management consulting, project management, venture capital, or a comparable role at a start-up.
  • Demonstrated success in investor relations.
  • Proven experience in leadership, operations, or strategic roles with a focus on operational excellence.
  • Proven program management ability with strong delivery & execution focus that will drive overall effectiveness and efficiency as the company grows.
  • Experience preparing Board meetings and running corporate processes.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Background in biotechnology and/or the food industry: Extensive knowledge of startup fundraising and the venture capital industry.
  • Operating experience – ideally in both large and small company environments.
  • An undergraduate and/or graduate degree focused on Management, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.

About this role

Como Gerente de Desarrollo Comercial, utilizará su experiencia en agronomía de cultivos especializados, producción y gestión de cuentas para crear, convertir, desarrollar y mantener relaciones con los clientes que conduzcan a la venta y la adopción sostenida de los servicios de Beeflow.

About the team

Michroma is a biotech/ food tech platform producing natural ingredients in a sustainable, scalable, and cost-effective way. We are using synthetic biology to unleash the potential of filamentous fungi and develop proprietary strains capable of producing high-performance ingredients in bioreactors.


Desirable experience

  • 3+ years working in product development in the field of food/biotech ingredients.
  • 2+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experienced in product processing, formulation, and stabilization.
  • Deep understanding of quality assurance and quality control principles.
  • Solid knowledge of running sensory evaluation panels and data management.


Responsibilities

  • Product recovery and purification out of our bioreactors, having in mind optimization and scalability.
  • Regulatory and product development strategies, applying concepts of marketing and "smart science" thinking constantly about the best experiments to perform so that results are clear and easy to understand by non-scientific individuals.
  • Conducting scans for potential new ingredients and performing analysis and shelf-life studies across diverse food and cosmetic matrices.
  • Formulating products to maximize the potential of the natural ingredients produced by our fungi.
  • Collaborating with technical teams from other partner companies, potential customers, and potential investors to showcase our product development efforts and provide guidance on product application.
  • Addressing inquiries related to regulations and intellectual property.

  • Preparing samples for iterative testing to identify the product that best suits the specific needs of partners.

As a commercial background, we presented ourselves at the Río Cuarto Expo and the CREA Congress during 2022, where we generated a database of around 100 producers from the Pampas region interested in acquiring our MVP. In 2023 we began the process of contacting producers in the center-south area of Córdoba in order to finalize the installation of our first 10 units in their establishments. The position has the challenge of forming the commercial area, creating a strategy to insert unpublished products to date in the field and carrying it out. In 10 years we have to have 100,000 devices installed. You will need to work collaboratively and closely with PL CRM, Marketing Manager and PM. You will have the possibility of access to Equity.


    Your mission is to develop the commercial strategy of Vetkiosk and carry it out.


    We are looking for a proactive and resourceful professional with strong sales skills to join the team as an Agribusiness Development Executive.


    Position Overview:

    • Close agreements with producers so that they use the device and we charge them for the service. Customer loyalty.
    • Create and adjust business models to present to each animal nutrition and health partner and close their corresponding agreements.
    • Define and develop together with CRM leader (PL Vetkiosk) necessary support to execute marketing strategy (ppt, videos, pdf, email).

    Requirements:

    • More than 5 years of experience in sales or commercial relations in animal nutrition and/or health.
    • Preferably in Veterinary, Ing. Agronomist, eng. Zootechnician or related careers with postgraduate degrees and/or training in (Agribusiness, MBA and/or Marketing)
    • Availability of settlement in Río Cuarto or surroundings.
    • Work team management.
    • Know How about animal health industry and farm management.
