Calificaciones Buscadas


  • Gestionar y supervisar operaciones diarias relacionadas a la gestión de ensayos clínicos y envío de muestras de pacientes

About the role

We are looking for a People Experience Analyst to ensure the People department’s operations run smoothly and effectively.

The day-to-day work of this role will support all stages of the employee lifecycle. As part of your job description, you will ensure the smooth running of our offices and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation. You will also work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to executive's working life supporting daily operations, logistics, and other project-based support.

This role reports to the Director of People. This position is full-time and based in Buenos Aires, Argentina with occasional travelling to California.


Responsibilities

People:

  • Assist in recruitment processes
  • Conduct employee onboardings
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Maintain employee files and records updated
  • Manage travel arrangements for business trips
  • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans
  • Help with the organization and logistics for in-house or off-site activities, such as staff meetings, celebrations and special events (in-person and online)
  • Assist in offboardings of people who leave the company

Operations / Facilities:

  • One of your first projects will be coordinating the move to a new office in California (both remotely and on site). This includes but it's not limited to: managing the relationship with contractors and vendors to have the office up and running, buying all furniture and equipment necessary and managing communications with our team regarding the move.
  • Serve as the focal point person for office management duties, including: Maintenance, Mailing, Supplies, Equipment and Errands.
  • Liaise with facility management vendors in the US, including cleaning, maintenance and security services.
  • Manage the relationship with our co-working in Buenos Aires
  • Coordinate with our IT supplier on all office equipment

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist, Office Manager, Executive Assistant or similar position
  • Availability for occasional travel to California (having a US B1/B2 Visa or European Passport)
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

About this role

The Bee Pollinator Network Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining Beeflow’s pollinator network across the United States consisting of independent certified beekeepers and bee providers. The objective of this position is to match supply with demand and scale appropriately based on the demand for Beeflow pollination services. A key responsibility will be to certify beekeepers and bee providers against strict criteria so that they can deliver high quality bee colonies to growers.


Responsibilities

  1. Proactively seeks out, develops, and nurtures relationships with various external Beekeepers
  2. Establishes a networking plan and actively uses it as a working tool, which is constantly updated and revised to reflect changes in bee pollination demand, field, and weather changes
  3. Regularly visits beekeepers’ yards to perform hive quality checks
  4. Regularly visits growers to ensure Beeflow is exceeding their pollination requirements
  5. Maintains and updates potential prospects, partners, and referral sources for contact and or electronic mailing lists
  6. Tracks networking efforts and reviews them with the VP of Operations on weekly basis
  7. Builds rapport and credibility with existing beekeepers and bee providers that are already part of Beeflow’s Pollinator Network
  8. Acts a s a conduit between Beeflow’s customers and beekeepers that are part of Beeflow’s pollinator network to resolve any discrepancies, issues, and complaints
  9. Conduct “Voice of the Customer” surveys with the aim of improving relations between growers and pollinator network beekeepers as well as Beeflow
  10. Ability to assess the quality and strength of beehives
  11. Interpret data from field trials and make appropriate recommendations to growers and beekeepers
  12. Conduct assessments with the aim to certify new beekeepers as part of Beeflow’s pollinator network as well as existing beekeepers to maintain their network certification
  13. Attend Beekeeping and Pollination conferences and represent Beeflow with the goal of expanding existing relationships
  14. The success of this role will depend extensively on face-to-face interactions with growers, beekeepers and bee providers and therefore result in 50% to 70% travel

The Accounting Manager is responsible for the areas of accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, fixed assets, general ledger maintenance, financial statements and special project accounting. This position ensures Beeflow is compliant with accounting and tax regulations across all departments and filings.


Responsibilities

  • Hands on processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll
  • Tracking of fixed assets.
  • Management of quarterly physical inventory.
  • Perform all duties as assigned in a timely, accurate and professional manner. Respond to all clients and users of financial information with the highest level of service. Work as a member of the finance team and of the larger organization.
  • Establish, document, and implement policies, processes, procedures and internal controls pertaining to all aspects of the Accounting Department.
  • Assure accuracy of all general ledger activity, including reconciliations of all necessary general ledger accounts, and review of general ledger activity.
  • Provide timely financial statement reporting.
  • Work with the VP of Finance in related areas including risk management, insurance, taxes and business planning.
  • Maintain automated accounting systems to ensure integrity of data interfaced between the financial system (QuickBooks Online), Bill.com (AP), Expensify (Employee Expense Reporting) and Gusto (Payroll).
  • Develop and maintain active relationships with accounting firms, banks, investment managers, and other key suppliers of financial services.
  • Facilitate and coordinate the organization’s annual audits. Manage the preparation of audit schedules and requests.
  • Oversee development of a cash flow analysis and forecast of cash needs.
  • Manage daily operating cash requirements, including short-term operating investments.
  • Research tax issues related to the organization and its operations to ensure compliance
  • Interface with Beeflow international staff on accounting and finance issues and procedures.

Requirements

  • 5+ years proven experience.
  • 4-year degree in accounting and a CPA designation preferred.
  • Must possess exceptional technical skills and strong communication skills.
  • Must have a broad background in automation with expertise in accounting and financial application software. Experience with QuickBooks Online, Bill.com and Expensify are required. Experience with Gusto Payroll is preferred.

The Assistant marketing manager will help build the marketing function and execute Beeflow’s global brand strategy.
