Requirements:

  • Advanced organic chemist with a university degree

At Stämm we are expanding our Prototyping team. By meeting science and multi-field cutting-edge technologies we get the opportunity to create a new kind of innovative products in biotechnology. We are looking for a responsive Technician to join our interdisciplinary team, with focus on giving production solutions to the development process of Stämm products.

Stämm’s Product Teams move forward very quickly every week generating tasks such as the design and fabrication of custom pieces or ad-hoc setups to run assays on our Bio Lab, integrate existing technologies to Stämm needs and the design of 3D microfluidic devices, among others.

The Prototyping Department is a key gear to sustain a quick iteration process, bring fresh ideas to the table and translate ideas to fabrication processes and working pieces. .

The Technician Stämmer should contribute to give fast and effective solutions through prototyping tools, be able to understand the requirements of the pieces and bring them to reality.

Key responsibilities:

-Manufacturing of pieces from techcnical drawings

-Realization of technical drawings from mechanical pieces

-Gcodes development for CNC devices

-Rapid device construction

-Execution of the assembly of electromechanical devices

About the role

We are looking for a People Experience Analyst to ensure the People department’s operations run smoothly and effectively.

The day-to-day work of this role will support all stages of the employee lifecycle. About this role

The Bee Pollinator Network Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining Beeflow’s pollinator network across the United States consisting of independent certified beekeepers and bee providers. The objective of this position is to match supply with demand and scale appropriately based on the demand for Beeflow pollination services. A key responsibility will be to certify beekeepers and bee providers against strict criteria so that they can deliver high quality bee colonies to growers.


Responsibilities

  1. Proactively seeks out, develops, and nurtures relationships with various external Beekeepers
  2. Establishes a networking plan and actively uses it as a working tool, which is constantly updated and revised to reflect changes in bee pollination demand, field, and weather changes
  3. Regularly visits beekeepers’ yards to perform hive quality checks
  4. Regularly visits growers to ensure Beeflow is exceeding their pollination requirements
  5. Maintains and updates potential prospects, partners, and referral sources for contact and or electronic mailing lists
  6. Tracks networking efforts and reviews them with the VP of Operations on weekly basis

  8. Acts a s a conduit between Beeflow’s customers and beekeepers that are part of Beeflow’s pollinator network to resolve any discrepancies, issues, and complaints

As an Agronomy Account Manager, you will use your specialty crop agronomy, production and account management expertise to develop and maintain customer relationships leading to initial trial usage and sustained adoption of Beeflow products and services. About the role

The Accounting Manager of Beeflow ensures the accounting records and financial processes are accurate and timely. This position provides critical financial information to support the VP Finance, Executive Staff, investors and the Board of Directors. The Accounting Manager is responsible for the areas of accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, fixed assets, general ledger maintenance, financial statements and special project accounting. This position ensures Beeflow is compliant with accounting and tax regulations across all departments and filings.

The Assistant marketing manager will help build the marketing function and execute Beeflow’s global brand strategy.
