Stämm es una startup de biotecnología dedicada a hacer que la biomanufactura sea fácil, escalable y repetible. Utilizando la microfluídica y la impresión 3D, desarrollamos la primera metodología continua para la producción industrial de productos biológicos y terapias celulares. Inspirados en la naturaleza, Stämm utiliza el flujo laminar, unidireccional y continuo para reducir el tamaño de toda una instalación biotecnológica a una unidad de escritorio “plug & play”.

Nuestro objetivo es descentralizar los bioprocesos y democratizar el acceso a los productos biotecnológicos, permitiendo que nuestros partners se enfoquen en descubrimientos disruptivos que generen un impacto en la humanidad.

Para nuestro equipo de Agile estamos en búsqueda de un Agile Specialist. Serás responsable de la gestión ágil de proyectos, liderando la implementación de prácticas ágiles, guiando al equipo en la mejora continua y resolviendo impedimentos.

Responsabilidades Generales:

  • Realizar tareas específicas a esa área de conocimiento.
  • Cumplir con los objetivos y tareas acordadas.
  • Comunicar, reportar y administrar en las diferentes plataformas de la organización.
  • Respetar los acuerdos realizados y vigentes en las células (equipos) en los que es miembro.
  • Hacer seguimiento de sus tareas y las relacionadas a las mismas.
  • Tener y demostrar compromiso con las tareas, los objetivos y las personas.

Responsabilidades Específicas:

  • Relevar y diagnosticar problemáticas de la organización inherentes al relacionamiento de personas.
  • Contribuir a la estrategia de adopción de prácticas ágiles en toda la organización.
  • Promover la mentalidad ágil y el pensamiento sistémico entre los equipos y líderes.
  • Evaluar y mejorar continuamente la efectividad de los procesos ágiles a nivel global.
  • Diseñar e implementar estrategias ágiles a nivel organizacional.
  • Gestionar múltiples equipos ágiles y coordinar la entrega de proyectos complejos.
  • Evaluar y optimizar los procesos ágiles para maximizar la eficiencia y calidad.

Requisitos:

  • Estudiante avanzado o graduado universitario. (Deseable)
  • Certificaciones en metodologías ágiles.
  • Al menos 4 años de experiencia comprobable en la gestión de proyectos ágiles o en marcos organizacionales autogestivos.
  • Capacidad para apoyar y contribuir a cambios culturales y gestionar la resistencia al cambio.
  • Conocimiento profundo de marcos de trabajo ágiles y su aplicación en entornos complejos.
  • Amplia experiencia en liderazgo ágil y gestión de cambio organizacional.
  • Capacidad para influir y motivar a equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Nivel de Inglés Avanzado. (Deseable)

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and highly experienced Senior Inorganic Chemist to join our research and development team. This professional will play a crucial role in the research, development, and implementation of advanced innovations for the extraction, separation, and purification of critical metals from the mining industry and electronic waste.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and Development: Lead research projects focused on the extraction and purification of critical metals and rare earth elements.
  • Experimentation: Design and conduct experiments to develop and optimize processes for metal separation and purification.
  • Metal Analysis: Perform detailed analyses of samples to determine the composition and purity of metals.
  • Protocol Development: Create and improve protocols for handling and processing metals from various sources.
  • Innovation: Identify opportunities to innovate existing processes by applying new technologies and methodologies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other R&D teams, as well as with external partners and suppliers.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all experiments, results, and developments.

Requirements:

  • Academic Background: Ph.D. or Master's degree in Inorganic Chemistry, Materials Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in research and development in the field of metals, with an emphasis on critical metals and rare earth elements.
  • Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of techniques for the extraction, separation, and purification of metals. Experience with advanced analytical equipment and techniques.
  • Competencies: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with an innovative and results-oriented approach.
  • Languages: Intermediate level of English, both written and spoken.
  • Possibilities of international travels

Michroma is looking for a Lab Technician to join the team in Rosario, Argentina. We are looking for someone for the Lab Support team who wants to collaborate with Product Development.

About the team

Michroma is a biotech/ food tech platform producing natural ingredients in a sustainable, scalable, and cost-effective way. We are using synthetic biology to unleash the potential of filamentous fungi and develop proprietary strains capable of producing high-performance ingredients in bioreactors.

Required experience

  • 1+ years of laboratory experience.
  • Familiarity with using a rotary evaporator.
  • Knowledge in HPLC.
  • Ability in the preparation of materials for DSP.

Job responsibilities

  • Preparing and injecting samples in HPLC.
  • Purifying samples (using thin layer and column chromatography).
  • Concentrating samples using a rotary evaporator.
  • Preparing material for DSP.
  • Preparing solutions, and laboratory material for the development of R&D activities.
  • Assisting in experiments in the R&D areas.
  • Cleaning and calibrating equipment.
  • Inventorying management.
  • Cleaning glass/plastic material.

Education & Skills

  • Advanced student or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry.
  • Management of good laboratory practices.
  • Problem-solving: the ability to efficiently solve technical challenges.
