As a coach she has specialized in understanding personality types. With more than 20 years working in various industries she has developed a way of mapping teams and teaching them ways of constantly upgrading their performance levels. She has a degree in Psychoneuroimmunoendocrinology of stress and believes purpose is the most powerful driver for change.
